12 - Boat

There will be various options for making a DIY lightweight cardboard boat, these will depend on materials available. If it is to last and be used over and again, it will need to be constructed of a suitably thick gauge of cardboard. Using a large cardboard box is one option and the type of box which comes in two parts can be helpful.
The below images and sketches give ideas relative to considerations to be taken into account when making a DIY boat prop.
