Front-led games will in the main see a small number of children play at a time. These games seek to be visual so as to be entertaining for spectators. Throughout the evening children may be chosen in rotation to play these games up front, whilst their team mates cheer them on.

Ideas for front led Games

1. Tin Can Ally - an old time favourite appealing to everyone.
2. Shopping Game - 5 children from each team play in relay fashion collecting shopping items.
3. Mice Love Cheese - one child per team goes to collect mice - game repeated several times.
4. Soft Ball Relay - quickest team to get soft ball around team and into bowl at front wins!
5. Stand-up Skittle - 2 or more children competing to be the first to stand their skittle upright with their feet! 
6. Balls on Tubes - who can get their balls through their team and sitting on tubes first.
7. Soft Ball Catch - 12 kids compete to net their soft balls first.
8. Ups and Downs - two kids per team, first to turn all cups right way up and stack wins.
9. Jigsaw Game - kids collect pieces in relay and reassemble them to complete picture.
10. Dinosaur Egg & Spoon Race - 8 players, giant egg & spoon relay.
11. Post it! - relay game using parcels.
12. Bottle Shy / Snowman shy - knocking skittle / bottle down with bean bag.
13. Threading Game - who can thread the items onto a string the quickest.
14. Tower Building - highest tower building against the clock.
15. Candy Cane Fishing - 2 players fish for giant candy canes.
16. Stations - team members collect as many tokens as they can for making visits to stations around the hall.
17. Multi-choice Game Quiz - team members collect tokens for selecting the correct answer to multi-choice questions
